Tollywood actor Vijay Devarakonda might make his bollywood debut in the film based on Balakot Airstrikes. Director Abhishek Kapoor in 2019 has announced that he is Joining hands with Sanjay Leela Bansali and Bhushan Kumar for a film on Balakot airstrikes. The 2019 Pulwama attack that happened in February 2019 left 40 soldiers martyred. In retaliation, the Indian Air Force (IAF) conducted Balakot airstrikes targeting the terror camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The untitled movie will showcase the story behind Pulwama attacks and airstrikes thereafter.
The South Indian Actor’s upcoming movie “Fighter” will be dubbed in Hindi. However, the Abhishek directorial on Balakot airstrikes will mark his debut in Bollywood as a full-fledged Hindi feature film. The actor will reportedly portray the role of Wind commander Abhinandan Vardhaman who fought ferociously in the India-Pakistan standoff. He was held captive in Pakistan for 60 hours following his aerial dog fight with the neighboring country.
